U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo has announced the sentencing of Shawnle McClary, a 49-year-old from Rochester, NY, to 15 years in prison for crimes related to drug trafficking and firearms offenses. McClary was convicted of conspiracy to distribute, as well as possession of significant quantities of cocaine and fentanyl, in addition to possessing firearms in relation to a drug trafficking crime. The sentence was handed down by U.S. District Judge Frank P. Geraci, Jr.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert A. Marangola presented the details of the case. McClary was involved with conspirators including Timothy Jackson, Jr., also known as "T" or "T-Rock," Gary Fuller, known as "G," and Felicia Collins, referred to as "Keisha." The group engaged in the distribution of cocaine and fentanyl. McClary was responsible for packaging and transporting these drugs from a stash on Forester Street to locations on Angle Street in Rochester.
