A Cedar Rapids woman has been sentenced to over eleven years in federal prison for her involvement in a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy. Kris Marie Hagan, 66, admitted guilt on January 3, 2025, to a charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
Court documents and hearing details revealed that from 2019 until November 17, 2023, Hagan was involved in distributing more than 150 pounds of methamphetamine from her homes in Marion and Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
United States District Court Chief Judge C.J. Williams handed down the sentence in Cedar Rapids. Hagan received a prison term of 134 months and will be subject to five years of supervised release following her incarceration. The federal system does not allow for parole.
