Stilwell man receives prison sentence for meth distribution charge

Clint Rogers Chuculate, also known as Clint Robert Chuculate, a 40-year-old resident of Stilwell, Oklahoma, has been sentenced to 37 months in prison. The sentence follows his conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

The case was investigated by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Chuculate's guilty plea came on December 18, 2024. The investigation revealed that on September 19, 2024, during a traffic stop in Stilwell, law enforcement officers found approximately 14 grams of methamphetamine in his possession. Additionally, they discovered a semi-automatic rifle with a high-capacity magazine and a semi-automatic pistol. Further investigation showed that Chuculate admitted to selling around 10 grams of methamphetamine in the month leading up to his arrest.

Chief U.S. District Judge Ronald A. White presided over the sentencing at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Chuculate will remain under the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service until he is transported to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve his non-paroleable sentence.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Michael E. Robinson represented the United States in this case.
