Second Century Ventures, the investment arm of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), has announced the inclusion of eight companies in its 2025 NAR REACH program. This initiative has been selecting and accelerating technology solutions for over a decade, with a focus on impacting real estate agents, consumers, and the broader economy.
Mark Birschbach, NAR's executive vice president for strategic business innovation and technology, stated: "REACH serves as a strategic lens into where innovation is heading and how emerging technologies will shape the broader real estate landscape."
The 2025 cohort includes companies offering diverse solutions to accelerate digital transformation within real estate. These include Foyer's financial technology for homeownership guidance; Guest House's automation services for home preparation; Infinityy's AI-guided experiences network; NEO's multilingual sales tool; Pitch59's video networking platform; Pixlmob's visual content network; Tether RE’s safety monitoring services; and QwikFix’s repair quoting service.
