Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) President and CEO Eric Fanning extended his congratulations to Emil Michael following his confirmation as the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering.
Fanning emphasized the importance of maintaining the United States' technological superiority in military capabilities. He warned that this advantage is not guaranteed, as adversaries are making significant investments to close the gap.
