The America First Policy Institute (AFPI) has announced that the Trump Administration has enacted or advanced over 86% of the federal policies outlined in its America First Agenda within the first 100 days. This swift alignment is considered one of the most rapid adoptions of a policy agenda in modern American political history, according to AFPI.

"President Trump has kept his promises. His administration’s speed and clarity in acting on these priorities is not just impressive — it is historic," said Greg Sindelar, AFPI's interim CEO. He emphasized that the agenda was designed to meet the needs of everyday Americans rather than Washington insiders.

The America First Agenda was initially released as a draft by AFPI in April 2022 and introduced at their Policy Summit in Atlanta, Georgia. At this event, Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House and current AFPI Board Member, highlighted its significance by saying: "This... could be one of the things historians say helped save Western civilization."

By July 2022, the agenda was finalized during President Trump's keynote speech at the first-ever America First Agenda Summit in Washington. Currently, more than 86% of its 196 federal policy recommendations have been enacted or advanced through various means such as legislation and executive action.

Key areas addressed by these reforms include energy independence, economic revival, and border security. Specific policy achievements include restarting wall construction at the southern border, implementing deregulatory actions for economic growth, cracking down on illegal immigration, defending parental rights in education, and strengthening U.S. manufacturing through buy-American rules.

Jenn Pellegrino, AFPI’s Chief Spokesperson, remarked on the progress made: "From the beginning, our founding chair and current Secretary of Education, Linda McMahon, said it best: ‘If you get the policies right, then the politics follow.’ We are proud of the momentum already achieved—and we are just getting started."
