Supreme Service Solutions LLC, operating as Supreme Produce, is involved in a recall of vegetable products sold through Kroger and its affiliates. The recall stems from potential Salmonella contamination linked to items purchased from Bedner Growers Inc. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has associated the contaminated cucumbers with a Salmonella outbreak affecting 26 individuals across multiple states, including Alabama, California, Florida, and others.
The affected cucumbers were available at Bedner’s Farm Fresh Markets in Florida locations: Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach. These cucumbers lack labeling or stickers for identification. Consumers who bought these items between April 29 and May 14, 2025, are advised to discard them.
Additionally, the recalled produce was distributed to a wholesale distributor instructed to inform customers about the recall procedures. Products distributed by Kroger were packaged in clear-plastic containers resembling sushi packaging.
The FDA notified Bedner Browers Inc., leading them to initiate the recall after confirming the link between their cucumbers and the Salmonella outbreak. No illnesses or complaints have been reported regarding items purchased directly from Supreme Produce.
Consumers should not consume any remaining product but instead discard it due to its expired shelf life. Those with health concerns are encouraged to consult their physician. For further information about the recalled products, consumers can contact Bedner Growers Inc. at 866-222-9180 during business hours.
