A Pittsburgh resident has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for supplying cocaine to a street gang. Anthony Coker, aged 48, received his sentence from United States District Judge William S. Stickman IV on June 4, 2025. The sentence includes eight years of supervised release following imprisonment.
The court was informed that between July 2022 and June 2023, Coker provided cocaine and crack cocaine to members of the Drizzy Gang. These drugs were then distributed in Pittsburgh's Hill District neighborhood.
Before delivering the sentence, Judge Stickman remarked that Coker's actions had harmed addicts, their families, and the community in the Hill District. He urged Coker to make positive changes in his life after serving his time.
Assistant United States Attorney Katherine C. Jordan led the prosecution for this case. Acting United States Attorney Troy Rivetti praised both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Pittsburgh Bureau of Police for their roles in investigating and prosecuting Coker successfully.
This case is part of an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) investigation. OCDETF aims to identify and dismantle high-level drug traffickers and criminal organizations through a collaborative approach involving various law enforcement agencies across different levels.
