The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee is set to conduct a hearing on Wednesday, June 18. The session will review three nominees for positions within the Department of Labor and one nominee for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from the Trump administration.
The individuals under consideration include Jonathan Berry for Solicitor at the Department of Labor, Andrew Rogers as Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division at the Department of Labor, Anthony D’Esposito for Inspector General at the Department of Labor, and Andrea Lucas as a Member of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (9:00 AM Central Time) in Room 430 of the Dirksen Senate Office Building.
