Jennifer Ann Miller, a 38-year-old resident of Colliers, West Virginia, has been sentenced for methamphetamine-related offenses. According to court documents and statements made in court, Miller, who is also known as "Jennifer Reagan" and "Jenn," engaged in the sale of methamphetamine multiple times in 2022. On July 12 of that year, law enforcement officers discovered approximately 361 grams of methamphetamine in her possession during a traffic stop. She pled guilty to this offense.
While on pretrial release, Miller continued her involvement in methamphetamine distribution. A grand jury indicted her on June 4, 2024, with four counts related to the distribution of methamphetamine. She pled guilty to one count as part of an agreement where the government dismissed the remaining charges.
Miller received a sentence of 78 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and an additional 33 months for distribution. However, these sentences will run concurrently, resulting in a total incarceration period of 78 months. Following her prison term, she will be subject to three years of supervised release.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Carly Nogay. The investigation involved several agencies including the Hancock-Brooke-Weirton Drug Task Force and the Ohio Valley Drug Task Force—both funded by HIDTA—and the Weirton Police Department. U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey presided over the proceedings.
