The alert highlights that the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran has caused travel disruptions and occasional airspace closures in the Middle East. There is also a risk of demonstrations targeting U.S. citizens and interests abroad.
"The Department of State advises U.S. citizens worldwide to exercise increased caution," the alert states.
