Henryetta man pleads guilty to illegal firearm possession

Joshua Devn Page, a 34-year-old resident of Henryetta, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to illegally possessing firearms. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Page entered a guilty plea to one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm. This charge carries a potential penalty of up to fifteen years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

According to the indictment, Page was charged with knowingly possessing two firearms on December 18, 2024. This occurred after he had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year of imprisonment.

The investigation leading to these charges involved the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Henryetta Police Department, and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Lighthorse Tribal Police Department.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson accepted Page's plea in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. He also ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.

A U.S. District Court Judge will determine Page's sentence after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors. Until sentencing, Page will remain in custody under the supervision of the United States Marshals Service.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Jonathan E. Soverly and Emily Wittlinger represented the United States in this case.
