Collinsville man sentenced for production and distribution of child pornography

Clinton J. Johnson U.S. Attorney | U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma

A Collinsville man has been sentenced for producing and distributing child pornography, according to U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson. U.S. District Judge Eric F. Melgren sentenced Brady Cort Dozier, 22, to 240 months in prison followed by a lifetime of supervised release. Upon his release, Dozier must register as a sex offender and pay $63,000 in restitution to the victims.

In 2022, Dozier exploited a 10-year-old minor by recording sexually explicit conduct using a cellphone. He admitted to possessing and distributing over 3,700 files of child pornography, including sadistic content involving infants and toddlers. The Child Victim Identification Program identified more than 35 victims during the investigation.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children assisted with the case by providing support to affected families through crisis intervention and local referrals for long-term help.

Dozier will remain in custody until he is transferred to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.

The case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations and the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office, with Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Jolly prosecuting.

This case is part of Project Safe Childhood, an initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse through collaboration among federal, state, and local resources.
