The President has sent a list of nominations to the Senate for various key positions. These nominations include individuals from different states and cover roles in several departments and agencies.
Ademola Adewale-Sadik, from New York, is nominated to be the United States Director of the African Development Bank for a five-year term. Lee Beaman, from Tennessee, is proposed as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority with his term expiring on May 18, 2030.
Braden Boucek, also from Tennessee, is nominated to serve as United States Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee for four years. James Caggy, another New Yorker, is appointed as an Assistant Secretary of Defense in a new position.
Arch Capito from West Virginia is selected to be United States Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia for four years. Ryan Cote from Michigan will take on the role of Assistant Secretary of Veterans Affairs (Information and Technology).
David Courcelle hails from Louisiana and is chosen as United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana for four years. David Dunavant from Tennessee will serve as United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee also for four years.
Dominick Gerace II from Ohio has been nominated as United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio with a similar term length. Christopher Gilbert from Virginia will be United States Attorney for the Western District of Virginia.
Mitch Graves and Jeff Hagood are both nominated to join Lee Beaman on the Board of Directors at TVA with terms ending in 2029. Alina Habba from New Jersey is named as United States Attorney for her state’s district.
Matthew Harvey will serve as U.S. Attorney in Northern West Virginia while Randall Jones joins TVA's board until 2028. James Kruger takes up duties in Mississippi's southern district while Scott Leary covers its northern part.
