Monroe County man sentenced for drug trafficking offenses

Robert Stull, a 46-year-old resident of Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania, has been sentenced to 120 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release. The sentencing was delivered by United States District Judge Joseph F. Saporito, Jr. Stull faced charges for possession with intent to distribute over 500 grams of methamphetamine.

Acting United States Attorney John Gurganus stated that Stull had previously pled guilty to the charges. In addition to methamphetamine, Stull admitted to possessing over one kilogram of cocaine, several pounds of marijuana, drug packaging materials, more than $22,000 in cash, and multiple firearms. These items were discovered during a search warrant executed on September 12, 2025.

The investigation involved multiple agencies including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Office of the Attorney General of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania State Police, and the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office. Assistant United States Attorney James Buchanan prosecuted the case.

This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative by the Department of Justice aimed at combating illegal immigration and eliminating cartels and transnational criminal organizations. The operation also focuses on protecting communities from violent crime through coordinated efforts involving Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETFs) and Project Safe Neighborhood (PSN).
