The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has disclosed the criminal backgrounds of illegal aliens held at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Prairieland Detention Center during a coordinated attack on July 4.
On that day, over 1,000 illegal aliens were in custody at the facility, with charges ranging from molestation of a minor to murder and human trafficking. Among these detainees are nearly 50 individuals affiliated with foreign terrorist organizations or gangs such as MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, as well as 13 Known Suspected Terrorists.
The DHS reports an increase in assaults against ICE officers, noting a recent attack by violent protesters in San Francisco during enforcement operations. Similar incidents occurred last month when rioters targeted law enforcement in Portland.
Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin stated, “On Independence Day, a group of approximately 15 rioters violently attacked and shot at the brave law enforcement operating ICE Prairieland Detention Center that houses monsters including pedophiles, human traffickers, murderers and terrorists.” She emphasized that those who threaten law enforcement will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
Secretary Kristi Noem has also reiterated this stance against threats to law enforcement personnel.
