Second Century Ventures, in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department (DLD), has launched the REACH Middle East accelerator program. The initiative is open for applications from startup companies aiming to innovate in real estate technology across the region.

The program, led by Siddiq Farid and Karim Helal, spans eight months and targets up to 10 high-potential startups. Participants will receive seed capital, mentorship from industry veterans, and access to networks that can help them scale both locally and globally.

REACH Middle East aligns with Dubai's Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033. It aims to support regional tech initiatives like Abu Dhabi's Hub71 and Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The program seeks startups focusing on emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, or blockchain.

Dr. Mahmoud AlBurai of the Dubai Land Department expressed pride in collaborating with REACH Middle East to unlock potential in real estate tech startups. Siddiq Farid emphasized the program's role in empowering startups to address real-world challenges through innovative solutions.

Dave Garland of Second Century Ventures encouraged ambitious startups to apply for this transformative opportunity. Applications are open at https://www.nar-reach.com/middle-east.
