Acting United States Attorney Ellison C. Travis has announced the sentencing of Randevois Ingram, a 28-year-old from Tickfaw, Louisiana. U.S. Chief Judge Shelly D. Dick sentenced Ingram to 60 months in federal prison for distributing cocaine and fentanyl. Following his imprisonment, Ingram will serve four years of supervised release.
Ingram's conviction follows his guilty plea, where he admitted to distributing controlled substances containing cocaine and fentanyl between May 2, 2024, and June 27, 2024. These distributions were made to a confidential source working with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Homeland Security - Homeland Security Investigations (HSI).
The investigation was conducted by the DEA, HSI, and Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office. Assistant United States Attorney Paul L. Pugliese prosecuted the case.
This case was part of an effort under the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF), which aims to identify and dismantle high-level criminal organizations threatening the United States through a coordinated approach involving multiple agencies.
