The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) has announced a new partnership with SafeStreets, an ADT home security and automation provider. This collaboration is part of the NAR REALTOR Benefits program, which offers exclusive deals to NAR members and their clients.
SafeStreets, which has more than three decades of experience in the home security sector, will provide NAR members with access to a special offer. The package includes a full security system valued at $1,200, two HD cameras, and additional discounts on professional monitoring and installation services.
“Agents who are REALTORS are often trusted beyond the transaction, serving as a go-to resource for clients well after closing,” said Rhonny Barragan, NAR vice president of strategic alliances. “SafeStreets’ home security solutions give our members the ability to offer real value, whether for their clients or their own families, by pairing trusted technology with peace of mind.”
To take advantage of this benefit, NAR members can call 1-844-574-SAFE or visit www.getsafestreets.com/nar. After claiming the offer, a SafeStreets Security Pro will work with the member or client to customize a home security system and schedule installation. On installation day, the Security Pro will review the setup for optimal protection and train users on how to operate the system before activating 24/7 ADT monitoring.
This addition expands the list of exclusive offerings available through NAR REALTOR Benefits. These programs are designed to support NAR members as they navigate changes in the real estate industry.
NAR represents professionals involved in residential and commercial real estate transactions across the United States. The organization also provides resources for consumers about buying and selling homes at facts.realtor.
Terms for this offer include a $99 customer installation charge and require either a 36-month or 24-month monitoring agreement depending on location. Monitoring fees start at $36.99 per month. Other restrictions may apply.
