Leah B. Foley United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts | Department of Justice
A Randolph resident, Kesler Xavier Saget, 44, has been sentenced to five years in prison followed by five years of supervised release for crimes involving child sexual abuse material. The sentencing took place in federal court in Boston before U.S. District Court Judge Allison D. Burroughs. Saget had previously pleaded guilty in June 2025 to charges of transporting and possessing child pornography after being arrested and charged in August 2024.
Authorities said that on August 7, 2024, Saget arrived at Boston Logan International Airport from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. During an inspection by border agents, they discovered child sexual abuse material on his phone. Saget admitted to having such material and acknowledged receiving it through multiple chat groups. Investigators also found evidence of payments made by Saget to access the illegal content.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Brian Sullivan of the Major Crimes Unit. The investigation involved cooperation between the United States Attorney Leah B. Foley, Homeland Security Investigations led by Special Agent in Charge Michael J. Krol for New England, and assistance from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
This prosecution falls under Project Safe Childhood, a national Department of Justice initiative launched in May 2006 that coordinates federal, state, and local efforts to address child exploitation crimes and help victims.
