A Nevada, Iowa woman has been sentenced to three years of probation for trafficking counterfeit Louis Vuitton merchandise. Traci Linn Hubbard, 57, was found to have sold fake Louis Vuitton items from her store, Unique Boutique, in March 2023. Authorities executed a search warrant at the business on March 23, 2023, and seized more than 100 counterfeit products.
Hubbard is required to pay $13,800.41 in restitution to Louis Vuitton North America, Inc.
United States Attorney Richard D. Westphal of the Southern District of Iowa announced the sentencing. The investigation was conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
