The Heritage Foundation has published a report on the Abraham Accords to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the agreements. Dr. Victoria Coates, director of the Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy, emphasized the significance of the accords, stating: "Five years since President Trump brokered the Abraham Accords, these agreements remain one of the most important national security achievements in history. We are proud to present this report looking back at all the Accords achieved and looking forward to the fulfillment of their tremendous potential. I am confident that with President Trump’s leadership this is only the beginning for the Accords."
Robert Greenway, director of the Allison Center for National Security, also highlighted their impact: "The historic Abraham Accords, brokered by President Trump, shattered expectations and changed the Middle East. Despite regional war, these historic agreements have remained resilient. Five years later, these agreements remain a symbol of hope and solid foundation for the future of peace in the Middle East."
In July, The Heritage Foundation launched a dedicated site for information on these accords (heritage.org/Abraham-accords). The Allison Center has also released its first quarterly newsletter on this topic to provide comprehensive data and trends related to these agreements.
Looking ahead, The Heritage Foundation plans to continue supporting efforts to strengthen and expand these accords as well as regional cooperation in alignment with America's interests.
