Deaundray Chrisshawn Williams, a 35-year-old resident of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The offense carries a potential sentence of up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
According to the indictment, Williams was found with a revolver on December 15, 2024. At the time, he had previously been convicted of an offense punishable by more than one year in prison.
The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), and the Okmulgee Police Department.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Jason A. Robertson accepted Williams’s guilty plea in federal court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma and ordered that a presentence investigation report be completed. Sentencing will be determined by a U.S. District Court Judge after reviewing the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other legal factors.
Williams is currently held by the United States Marshals Service while awaiting sentencing. Assistant U.S. Attorney Lewis M. Reagan prosecuted the case.
