Hampton Farms recalls mixed nuts due to undeclared hazelnut allergen

Hampton Farms has issued a recall for two of its products, Mixed Nuts Roasted Unsalted 8 oz. (lot 23025, UPC 8 10111 02237 8) and Mixed Nuts Roasted and Salted 8 oz. (lot 23825, UPC 8 10111 02236 1), due to the presence of undeclared hazelnuts in the allergen warning statement. The ingredient list does include hazelnuts, but the required allergen notice was omitted from the packaging.

The company identified the labeling issue on September 15, 2025, during a routine paperwork review. No illnesses have been reported related to this recall.

The affected products were distributed between September 2 and September 9, 2025. They were sold in clear plastic tubs at Stop&Shop stores across Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island.

Consumers who have purchased these items are advised to return them to the store where they were bought for a full refund or to discard them.
