The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has announced the five recipients of its 2025 Good Neighbor Awards, which recognize members for their significant volunteer work in their communities. The awards, now in their 26th year, highlight NAR members who contribute time, resources, and expertise to help others.

This year's winners are Cindy Bradley of Sacred Ground Hospice House in Knoxville, Tennessee; Kim Clifton of Tierra Antigua Hope Foundation in Tucson, Arizona; Ken Larson of Northern Lights Foundation in Duluth, Minnesota; Ray Manzoni of ALS Ride For Life in Mount Sinai, New York; and JacQuan Winters of Kristen Amerson Youth Foundation in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Each will receive a $10,000 grant for their respective charities.

"This year's Good Neighbor Awards winners exemplify the very best of the real estate profession," said NAR President Kevin Sears. "Through their compassion, leadership, and hands-on service, they're transforming lives and showing that our impact extends far beyond helping people buy and sell homes. We're incredibly proud to honor these members for their lasting contributions to their communities."

Cindy Bradley established Sacred Ground Hospice House after losing her husband. In four years, it has provided care for nearly 800 patients needing end-of-life support.

Kim Clifton works with child welfare programs through the Tierra Antigua Hope Foundation to provide essential items that keep families together and supports teens leaving foster care at age 18.

Ken Larson founded the Northern Lights Foundation after his daughter's death as a newborn. The foundation has given grants to over 300 families with children facing life-threatening illnesses.

Ray Manzoni began supporting ALS patients and families in 1998 following a friend's diagnosis. He has helped raise millions for patient services such as respite care and home modifications.

JacQuan Winters started the Kristen Amerson Youth Foundation after his sister's suicide at age 11. His organization focuses on youth mental health and suicide prevention in West Alabama and has reached 20,000 children through outreach programs.

In addition to the main awardees, five finalists received honorable mentions: Brian Boven (Homes Giving Hope), Betsy Herald (Great Dog Rescue New England), Jantrice Johnson (We Give), Scott Matthias (Knock Knock Angels Colorado), and Stacey Ruwe (Homeless Prevention Partners). Each will receive a $2,500 grant for their charity.

A public vote determined additional donations for three "Web Choice Favorites": Stacey Ruwe will get an extra $2,500 for Homeless Prevention Partners; Scott Matthias receives $1,250 more for Knock Knock Angels Colorado; Brian Boven also receives $1,250 more for Homes Giving Hope.

"These awards powerfully highlight the unwavering dedication of agents who are REALTORS to uplift lives and strengthen communities, and it's why Realtor.com remains a proud, enduring sponsor," said Mickey Neuberger, chief marketing officer of Realtor.com. "Congratulations to all the winners, finalists, and Web Choice Favorites, whose incredible efforts motivate us all to make a significant difference."
