Law enforcement agencies led by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) conducted a large-scale operation in San Antonio, Texas, resulting in the arrest of more than 150 individuals identified as illegal aliens. The action took place at an after-hours nightclub known to be frequented by members of the Tren de Aragua gang.

The Homeland Security Task Force, co-led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, worked with 14 state, local, and federal agencies during this operation. Among those arrested were 27 suspected members of the Tren de Aragua gang. Law enforcement also seized cocaine, three firearms, and about $35,000 in cash.

On November 16, 2025, ICE and its partners executed a search warrant at the nightclub. The arrests included not only suspected gang members but also two suspects under HSI investigation for human smuggling and money laundering, as well as one individual under investigation by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration for cocaine trafficking.

“Thanks to the brave work of DHS law enforcement and our federal partners, 150 illegal aliens including 27 suspected Tren de Argua gang members are off our streets,” said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.“Law enforcement officers also seized weapons, drugs, and $35,000 during this operation targeting an underground nightclub. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, DHS is dismantling criminal gangs and stopping dangerous drugs from pouring into American neighborhoods.”

Several individuals with notable criminal histories were among those apprehended:

- Jeison Javier Perez: Suspected Tren de Aragua member from Venezuela who entered the United States during the Biden administration; convicted of larceny.

- Yoibert Geraldo Caldera Pulido: Suspected Tren de Aragua member from Venezuela; previously arrested for theft.

- Brayann Ibraynn Morales-Rodriguez: Previously removed criminal illegal alien from Venezuela; arrested for illegal entry after re-entering during the Biden administration.

- Willy Yoel Arteaga-Tabares: Suspected Tren de Aragua member from Venezuela who entered on or about January 7, 2025.

- Roiberth Jesus Campos Duran: Suspected Tren de Aragua member from Venezuela who entered on June 7, 2023.

- Yormary Paola Aguilar Fuentes: Criminal illegal alien from Venezuela; convicted of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault with a weapon.

- Marcelo Gomez-Gonzalez: Criminal illegal alien from Mexico; previously removed three times during the Trump administration; convicted of smuggling aliens.

The DHS states that these efforts are part of ongoing initiatives to address organized crime groups operating within U.S. borders.
