Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg will lead the U.S. presidential delegation to the inauguration of Alassane Ouattara as President of Côte d’Ivoire, according to an announcement from the White House.
The presence of Under Secretary Helberg and the delegation is intended to demonstrate the United States’ commitment to strengthening its partnership with Côte d’Ivoire. The focus includes advancing economic prosperity through technology sectors and promoting security.
