U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) shared several updates on December 11, 2025, regarding enforcement actions and recruitment efforts.
In a post from December 11, ICE reported the arrest of Jose Flores-Ramirez by its Chicago office. The agency stated: "ICE Chicago arrested Jose Flores-Ramirez, a 67-year-old sexual predator from Mexico, on Nov. 24. He was convicted for PREDATORY CRIMINAL SEXUAL ASSAULT ON A CHILD UNDER 13 and sentenced to 16 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. Later that day, ICE highlighted another enforcement action involving its Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New England special agents. In the tweet posted at 04:00 UTC, the agency wrote: "Another predator off the streets thanks to ICE @HSINewEngland special agents! Our global team shares a commitment to keep all children safe from those looking to exploit them. https://t.co/pvJuoEAwNa".
Additionally, ICE announced a virtual career fair scheduled for December 11 with events starting at both 11AM and 5PM in each time zone.
