U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced a series of arrests involving individuals described as "criminal illegal aliens" from Mexico and Nicaragua, according to statements posted on the agency's official Twitter account on December 23, 2025.
In a tweet dated December 23, ICE stated: "ICE arrested Ruben Pacheco-Flores, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, Dec. 20. His criminal history includes arrests for: • AGGRAVATED ROBBERY • FIREARM OFFENSE • METH POSSESSION • ILLEGAL REENTRY".
On the same day, ICE reported another arrest: "ICE arrested Luz Valencia-Bernal, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, Dec. 17. Her criminal history includes convictions for FOOD STAMP FRAUD, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and DUI."
Additionally, ICE posted about an earlier arrest: "ICE arrested Marvin Mendez-Torrez, a criminal illegal alien from Nicaragua, Dec. 11. His criminal history includes arrests for ASSAULT ON AN OFFICER, DRUG POSSESSION, LARCENY, POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY and RESISTING ARREST."
