Later that day, another tweet described a separate enforcement action: "CRIMINAL ALIEN WITH SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES TAKEN OUT OF MINNESOTA NEIGHBORHOODS

We arrested Candelario Texis-Gutierez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico with pending charges for sex offenses and DUI, in Minnesota." (February 14, 2026).

In the afternoon, ICE reported on an incident involving its Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents in Minnesota. According to the agency: "ICE HSI special agents were gathering intelligence into the fraud that has cost Minnesota taxpayers billions. Then, they were attacked. 

Hostile agitators surrounded our agents, leading local police to respond to break up the crowd. Then the crowd grew violent and attacked us" (February 14, 2026).
