Fort Dodge man sentenced to 19 years for methamphetamine trafficking

A Fort Dodge man with a lengthy criminal record has been sentenced to 19 years in federal prison for his role in a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy. Otis Lamont Foy, Jr., age 29, pleaded guilty on July 17, 2025, to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine after previously being convicted of a serious drug felony.
