A Fort Dodge man with a lengthy criminal record has been sentenced to 19 years in federal prison for his role in a methamphetamine distribution conspiracy. Otis Lamont Foy, Jr., age 29, pleaded guilty on July 17, 2025, to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine after previously being convicted of a serious drug felony. The sentencing took place on February 12, 2026.
Foy’s conviction and sentencing come as part of ongoing efforts by law enforcement agencies to address methamphetamine trafficking in the region.
