Second Century Ventures (SCV), the investment arm of the National Association of Realtors, has entered into a strategic partnership with Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), which focuses on real estate technology in Abu Dhabi and other parts of the United Arab Emirates. SCV operates REACH, a program aimed at supporting technology companies that bring innovation to the property sector.
This collaboration follows the launch of the first REACH Middle East cohort, featuring several high-growth companies from across the region. The initiative is expected to strengthen SCV’s role in the Gulf Cooperation Council as countries in the area pursue large-scale urban development projects worth more than $3 trillion.
Through this partnership, SCV may advise on future innovation forums and help select and implement technologies for smart city infrastructure and urban development.
