Todd Philip Wilkerson, a 54-year-old resident of Ardmore, Oklahoma, has been sentenced to 70 months in federal prison after pleading guilty to one count of sexual abuse in Indian Country. The sentencing was announced by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The case resulted from an investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police Department, and the Ardmore Police Department. Authorities stated that on March 26, 2025, Wilkerson engaged in sexual contact with a victim who was unable to understand the nature of the act or communicate unwillingness to participate. The incident took place in Carter County within the boundaries of the Chickasaw Nation Reservation.
Wilkerson entered his guilty plea on July 9, 2025. The sentencing hearing was overseen by Senior District Judge Ronald A. White at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Wilkerson will remain in custody with the U.S. Marshals Service until he is transferred to a facility designated by the United States Bureau of Prisons to serve his sentence, which does not allow for parole.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Morgan Muzljakovich and Nicole Paladino prosecuted the case.
