U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reported on its official X account a significant drug interception at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). The agency detailed the discovery and seizure of marijuana shipments intended for London.
On April 1, 2026, CBP posted: "CBP officers at BWI airport intercepted a whopping 247lbs of marijuana in 4 shipments attempting to make their way to London. Of course, the amazing CBP K9s alerted the officers to the narcotics.
