The Victims Of Immigration Crime Engagement (VOICE) Office is an initiative designed to provide information and support to individuals impacted by crimes committed by removable aliens.

On April 5, ICE announced further action regarding another individual facing serious charges. The statement read: "DETAINER ISSUED AGAINST CONVICTED CHILD SEX PREDATOR IN CONNECTION WITH NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE & DUI CHARGES Jose Luis Gomez, a serial criminal illegal alien, is charged with two counts of negligent homicide and DWI in connection with a crash that killed husband-and-wife" (posted on April 5, 2026).
