Clinton J. Johnson U.S. Attorney | U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Oklahoma
A Tulsa resident, Tony Eugene Bahe, was sentenced on Apr. 14 in two separate federal cases for distributing drugs throughout the Northern District of Oklahoma, according to U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson.
Bahe received a sentence of 180 months in prison with five years of supervised release for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm while drug trafficking. In a second case, he was sentenced to serve 120 months concurrently for drug conspiracy, also followed by five years of supervised release.
Court documents show that in November 2024, Tulsa Police executed search warrants at two homes linked to Bahe's drug activities. At his south Tulsa residence, officers found him carrying a loaded firearm and recovered fentanyl, more than 50 grams of methamphetamine prepared for sale, scales, and other paraphernalia used in drug distribution. At another home in north Tulsa, authorities seized over 15 kilograms of methamphetamine along with body armor and digital scales. A police K-9 alerted officers to drugs inside Bahe’s truck parked at the property; an additional 24 kilograms of methamphetamine were found inside the vehicle.
During searches at both locations, law enforcement confiscated more than twenty-two firearms from properties associated with Bahe. Records indicate that Bahe has prior felony convictions prohibiting him from possessing firearms or ammunition.
In his second indictment, Bahe admitted conspiring with others to distribute large quantities of methamphetamine across the Tulsa area by breaking down bulk shipments into smaller amounts for individual sale.
Bahe is identified as a member of the Cherokee Nation and will remain in custody pending transfer to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons. The investigation involved multiple agencies including the Tulsa Police Department; Drug Enforcement Administration’s Tulsa Resident Office; Homeland Security Investigations; U.S. Marshal Service; and Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.
