Tyler Fuller, age 31, of Somerset County, Pennsylvania, was indicted on April 24 on charges of production, receipt, and possession of child pornography. The announcement came from United States Attorney Brian D. Miller for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
The indictment alleges that Fuller produced, received, and possessed child pornography between August 2023 and January 2024. This case is part of ongoing efforts to address crimes involving the exploitation of children.
Homeland Security Investigations worked alongside the State College Police Department, Ferguson Township Police Department, and the Centre County District Attorney’s Office in investigating the case. Assistant United States Attorney Alisan V. Martin is prosecuting.

This prosecution falls under Project Safe Childhood—a nationwide initiative started by the Department of Justice in May 2006 aimed at combating child sexual exploitation and abuse through collaboration among federal prosecutors and law enforcement agencies.
If convicted on these charges under federal law, Fuller faces a maximum penalty of thirty years imprisonment with a mandatory minimum sentence of fifteen years in prison along with supervised release following imprisonment and possible fines. Sentencing would be determined by a judge after considering applicable statutes and guidelines.
