His decorations include multiple commendation medals reflecting his service across joint military missions.

"Military service has shaped every part of my adult life," said Colonel Reding Quiñones. "From leading soldiers as a young infantry officer, to advising commanders in combat, to serving as a federal prosecutor and Florida trial judge, the mission has always been the same: serve the country, protect Americans, and defend the rule of law." The U.S. Attorney's Office for this district operates under the Department of Justice with approximately 223 assistant attorneys supported by special assistants and staff according to its official website.

The office prosecutes federal criminal cases and manages civil litigation for government interests while collecting specific federal debts according to its official website. As a Miami native whose background includes being son of a Cuban political refugee with degrees from University of Florida and Florida International University School of Law, Reding Quiñones continues public service through both his legal career and ongoing military commitment.
