On May 5, 2026, Sabatino reflected on the service and sacrifice of a fallen officer, posting, "We reflect on the life of CBP Officer Omar Palmer, who passed away on May 4, 2020 in the line of duty. He served @DFONewYork JFK Airport and dedicated 17 years of his life to serving our country. Our thoughts are with his loved ones during this time. #LODD #GoneButNotForgotten". The post paid tribute to Palmer's years of dedication at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York.
The following day, Sabatino highlighted a significant narcotics seizure by CBP officers at the Pharr International Bridge. On May 6, 2026, she wrote, "STOPPED AT THE PORT Pharr International Bridge A tractor trailer was sent to secondary for further inspection. CBP officers found 32 packages containing 83.24 lbs of cocaine concealed within the trailer floor. Over $1.1M in narcotics stopped at the port. #OFOproud". The incident underscores ongoing efforts by CBP to prevent illegal drugs from entering the United States.
Also on May 6, Sabatino posted about attending an event honoring law enforcement personnel: "Yesterday, I attended #BlueMass in Washington, DC with fellow law enforcement leaders to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice and to recognize the strength of the families who support them. Our communities are stronger because of them and they will never be forgotten."
