Later that day, the agency reported the custody of Leyvis Edi Velasquez-Perez. According to the tweet dated May 6, 2026, ICE stated: "ICE took custody of Leyvis Edi Velasquez-Perez, a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala, in Chattanooga, Tenn., where he was on probation for soliciting a minor. His rap sheet also includes a conviction for driving without a license in Walker County, Ga., and a conviction for https://t.co/VWjFoCvBi6".
On May 7, 2026, ICE announced another arrest involving Rinkeshkumar Kaushikbhai Patel. The agency wrote: "ICE arrested Rinkeshkumar Kaushikbhai Patel, a criminal illegal alien from India convicted of conspiracy to commit larceny in Bradley County, Tenn. In all, over $60K was stolen. Patel sentenced to 6 years, but his sentenced was suspended after just under a year. ICE took https://t.co/rEZES3PO91".
