A Kansas woman was sentenced on July 23 to 115 months in prison for drug trafficking, followed by five years of supervised release. According to court documents, Madeline R. Wagner, 40, of Topeka, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Between July 2024 and November 2024, Wagner and her co-conspirators possessed at least 50 grams of methamphetamine and at least 40 grams of fentanyl with the intention to sell. The Kansas Bureau of Investigation conducted the investigation into the case.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Greg Hough prosecuted the case.
