United States Attorney Moore Capito issued a statement on Aug. 4 regarding the passing of former U.S. Attorney Chuck Miller in Charleston, West Virginia.

Capito said, “Chuck Miller dedicated his life to public service and left a lasting mark on both this office and the people of Kanawha County. We are grateful for his service and the example he set for those who followed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.”
