U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced on August 4, 2026, via its official Twitter account, the convictions of three individuals described as “criminal illegal aliens” involved in drug trafficking offenses across multiple U.S. federal districts.
In one post dated August 4, 2026, ICE stated, “Saul Guerrero-Teran, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a quantity more than five kilograms of cocaine in the Southern District of Texas.”
Another tweet posted on the same day read, “Marlon Espinoza Lumbis, a criminal illegal alien from Nicaragua, convicted of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine while aboard a vessel in the Middle District of Florida.”
A third message published by ICE on August 4 stated, “Eduardo Castrejon Cano, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute in the District of Utah.”
These announcements reflect ongoing efforts by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to publicize convictions involving non-citizens engaged in serious drug-related crimes. ICE is responsible for enforcing federal laws governing border control, customs, trade and immigration to promote homeland security and public safety.
