News Release: Washington - The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) entered into a stipulation agreement with Nevada Livestock Marketing LLC. (Nevada) of Fallon, Nev., on April 3, 2022, for alleged violations of the Packers and Stockyards (P&S) Act.
