Uballez, United States Attorney for the District of New Mexico, announced that Raynorma Rae Billy was arraigned on July 20 on an indictment charging her with conspiracy to commit assault with a dangerous weapon and assault with a dangerous weapon with the intent to do bodily harm. Reeves faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not yet been scheduled. As part of the plea agreement, Reeves has agreed to forfeit the firearm traceable to the offense.
