News Release: Acting United States Attorney Steven Russell announced that David Wesley Swanson, 37, of Wahoo, Nebraska, was sentenced on August 4, 2022, to 15 years for possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine actual, (pure), in July of 2020, with a prior violent felony conviction by United States District Judge John M. Gerrard. Following his release from prison, Swanson will serve ten years on supervised release. There is no parole in the federal system.
