News Release: ATLANTA - Hubert Nathans has been sentenced to federal prison for selling fake Roxicodone pills containing fentanyl to multiple people in Roswell, Georgia, in 2017 and 2018, including pills that resulted in the death of one buyer and serious bodily injury to another. Nathans’ drug supplier, Edward Culton, was sentenced to federal prison earlier this year.

Ross announced today that Nicholas Turnquist, 36, of West Falls, NY, who was convicted of transportation and attempted transportation of a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, was sentenced to serve 156 months in prison and 15 years supervised release by U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr.

News Release: DES MOINES, IA - John Dale Parmer, age 59, of Osceola, was sentenced today to 24 months in prison for Social Security Fraud - Concealment. Parmer pleaded guilty on June 21, 2022. Following completion of his prison term, Parmer will be on supervised release for three years. Parmer was ordered to pay $234,552 in restitution to the Social Security Administration (SSA).

News Release: BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross and Frank A. Tarentino III, Special Agent in Charge, New York Division, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announced today that Bradley D. Knapp, 43, of Jamestown, NY, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute heroin, fentanyl, and methamphetamine before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.
