(Dutchie Boy) alleging the company failed to make full payment promptly to 15 sellers in the total amount of $150,772.00. The company, operating from Springfield Township, N.J., purchased the produce during the period of July 2009 through January 2010.


News Release: The search for 21 yr-old David Boyd of Newton County is in its second day. Search crews continued at their task until 9:30 last night with no results.
