Johnson announced that a Pine Ridge, South Dakota man convicted of Domestic Assault by a Habitual Offender was sentenced on Jan. 14, 2013 by Chief U.S. District Judge Jeffrey L. Viken. Daryl Lee Goings, age 46, was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment, 3 years of supervised release and ordered to pay $100 to the Victim Assistance Fund.

Jury Convicts Pharr Man In Marijuana Smuggling Conspiracy

News Release: McALLEN, Texas - A federal jury in McAllen has convicted Erick Ochoa-Rodriguez, 19, of Pharr, on two counts of conspiring to possess and actually possessing marijuana with the intent to distribute the controlled substance to another, United States Attorney Kenneth Magidson announced today. The verdicts were returned earlier today after nearly three days of trial.
