News Release: POCATELLO - Ernesto Guerrero, 35, of Blackfoot, Idaho, was sentenced today in United States District Court to 60 months in prison for distribution of five grams or more of actual methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge also ordered Guerrero to serve three years of supervised release. He pleaded guilty to the charge on March 18, 2013.
